Imagine bringing the beloved GivesMeHope blog back to life as a modern social media app—a platform where people can share uplifting, anonymous stories, connect through private messages, and even turn their stories into striking posters with an AI-powered tech. Users could post their moments of kindness or hope anonymously, fostering a judgment-free community, while still being able to connect on a deeper level, specially with those nearby. It’s a blend of nostalgia and innovation—a space designed to remind us of the good in the world while making kindness go viral.
Imagine an app that revolutionises smartphone ownership by blending sustainability, affordability, and technology. Circular bridges the gap between tech enthusiasts who crave the latest gadgets and eco-conscious consumers who seek affordable, second-hand options. Here’s how it works: two people match when they want the same smartphone but with different conditions. One receives the new phone for a limited ownership period, after which it’s passed on as a second-hand device to the other. By sharing the cost, both users save money while reducing e-waste. The app features two interfaces: a blue one for first-hand buyers and a green one for second-hand buyers, creating a seamless experience for both. With built-in warranties and quality checks, Circular offers an innovative, sustainable solution that redefines how we buy and care for smartphones.
I have led the design of two projects that are now published as apps on Google Play, showcasing my ability to create impactful digital products.
The first project was a scanner app, designed to streamline entry processes for events and attractions. I collaborated closely with the Product Manager to ensure the app was user-friendly and met the needs of both staff and attendees. Through iterative design and feedback, we created a seamless solution that enhanced efficiency and user experience.
The second project was a self-service kiosk app, which I developed in partnership with the CEO and Product Manager. This app focused on providing a quick and intuitive way for users to check themselves in, reducing long queues and improving customer satisfaction.
Both apps shared a common goal: to make the entry process faster and smoother for venues hosting events or attractions. My role involved designing intuitive interfaces, optimizing workflows, and addressing user pain points to deliver solutions that achieved measurable results.
